Who is AES Decor?

AES Decor specializes in home decor products for aesthetic-minded homeowners and tenants. Our team carefully selects each product we sell to ensure it fits every home's atmosphere. We understand that finding the right pieces can be exhausting, so we started AES Decor - to provide our customers with a range of aesthetic and well-designed products that won't break the bank. We believe that your home reflects who you are, and we are committed to helping you create a space you will love.

Who is behind AES Decor?

AES Decor was founded by three childhood friends from France with diverse backgrounds in luxury hospitality, property management, and manufacturing. As they entered their early 30s and purchased their homes, they found it increasingly difficult to find stylish decor options. It inspired them to create AES Decor, a company dedicated to sourcing unique home decor products that fit various styles and needs. Cassandre, the traveller of the team, has been missioned to explore the four corners of the planet to meet the artisans and choose their handicrafts. Win-win partnerships are then sealed without intermediaries.

Can I create an AES Decor account?

Yes, it is possible to create a customer account! You can track your shipments, view your order history, and manage your personal information by creating an account. We strongly recommend creating an account to receive exclusive offers and promotions in the future. Plus, it makes it easier and faster to check out future orders. Creating an account is quick and easy - click "Create An Account" at the bottom of our page and follow the prompts.

How do I log in to my customer account?

To log in to your AES Decor customer account, simply click on the "My Account" link located at the bottom of our page. You will then be directed to the login page where you can enter your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Your Password?" link and follow the prompts to reset your password.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

In which countries do you deliver?

We currently deliver to mainland Europe. However, if your country is not listed during the checkout process, we may still be in the process of negotiating the best prices with our couriers. In this case, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

For countries outside of Europe, please get in touch with us, and we will try to create custom shipping!

What is your delivery time?

Total delivery time is typically within 4-10 business days.

Our showroom is located in France, and we typically process and ship orders within 2 to 3 business days. After your order has left, the delivery time depends on the courier service and your location. We work with trusted partners to ensure that your order arrives as quickly and safely as possible. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but you can typically expect to receive your order within 2 to 7 business days from the date of shipment.

With which carriers are you working?

We collaborate with a comprehensive range of top-tier carriers, including UPS, Colissimo, Chronopost, GLS, Colis Privé, DHL Express, Deutsche Post, Mondial Relay, FedEx, and DPD FR.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, we offer free delivery on orders over 100 euros. If your order meets this threshold, select 'Free Delivery' in the left box during checkout.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, plus ShopPay & PayPal for express checkout.

Are there any additional fees for customs or import taxes?

Our products are stored in France.

For European shipments: There are no additional fees for customs or import taxes for customers within the European Union. We strive to make the ordering process as transparent and hassle-free as possible, so you can shop confidently, knowing that the price you see is the price you pay.

For non-European shipments, potential duty fees may apply to countries outside the European Union. The customer is responsible for covering all incurred charges.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order if it hasn't been shipped yet. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible to cancel your order.

Return

What is your return policy?

We want you to be delighted with your purchase from AES Decor. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it to us within 14 days of delivery. Please note that the return cost is at the charge of the client, not AES Decor. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer service team and provide your order number and reason for return. We will then provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

What is your policy on damaged or defective items?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please get in touch with us immediately (within 24 hrs), and we will provide instructions on how to return the item for a replacement or refund.

You must attach the following photographs (in jpeg format):

- Photo of the outside of the box

- Photo of the courier's label

- Photo of the inside of the box with the products and protectors

- Photo of the damaged or broken product

- Photo or copy of the invoice

Without the required documents, we will not be able to proceed with your request.
